• The scope of work includes only the features, pages, and functionalities explicitly mentioned in the selected service package (Basic / Standard / Premium) or agreed in written communication (email / WhatsApp / proposal).
• Any functionality, page, integration, or design not mentioned in the selected package will be treated as out of scope and may require additional cost and timeline.

• The client is responsible for providing all required content, including text, images, videos, logos, brand guidelines, and legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.), unless content creation is explicitly included.
• Delays in providing content or approvals may extend the project timeline. Placeholder or dummy content may be used until final content is provided.
• Revisions are limited to the number specified in the selected package. A revision refers to minor changes, not a complete redesign or change in direction.
• Major design or functionality changes after approval may be charged separately.
• Hosting, domain registration, SSL, paid themes, plugins, APIs, or third-party tools are not included, unless clearly specified.
• Any cost related to third-party services will be borne by the client.
• The developer is not responsible for downtime, limitations, or policy changes of third-party providers.
• The client is responsible for reviewing the website and providing feedback during the testing phase.
• Once the project is approved or delivered, any further changes will be considered new work.
• The website is deemed accepted if no feedback is received within 7 days of delivery.
• Post-delivery support is provided as per the selected package. Support includes bug fixes related to delivered work, not new feature additions. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or enhancements are available under a separate maintenance agreement.
• The developer shall not be liable for any business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages arising from website usage.
