The scope of work includes only the features, pages, and functionalities explicitly mentioned in the selected service package (Basic / Standard / Premium) or agreed in written communication (email / WhatsApp / proposal).
The client is responsible for providing all required content, including text, images, videos, logos, brand guidelines, and legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.), unless content creation is explicitly included.
Delays in providing content or approvals may extend the project timeline.
Placeholder or dummy content may be used until final content is provided.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the selected package.
A revision refers to minor changes, not a complete redesign or change in direction.
Major design or functionality changes after approval may be charged separately.
Hosting, domain registration, SSL, paid themes, plugins, APIs, or third-party tools are not included, unless clearly specified.
Any cost related to third-party services will be borne by the client.
The developer is not responsible for downtime, limitations, or policy changes of third-party providers.
The client is responsible for reviewing the website and providing feedback during the testing phase.
Once the project is approved or delivered, any further changes will be considered new work.
The website is deemed accepted if no feedback is received within 7 days of delivery.
Post-delivery support is provided as per the selected package.
